      Abstract
      Produktivitas perusahaan sangat bergantung pada sistem warehouse yang efektif, berfungsi sebagai jantung yang memompa seluruh aliran rantai pasokan. PT Acset Indonusa Tbk, sebuah perusahaan jasa konstruksi, sedang menghadapi tantangan dalam tata letak penyimpanan barang di warehouse peralatan perawatan mesin dan alat berat, yang menyebabkan rendahnya efektivitas dan efisiensi akibat penempatan barang yang tidak optimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, perusahaan perlu mengimplementasikan metode Class-based Storage yang didasari oleh Analisis FSN (Fast Moving, Slow Moving, dan Non Moving) sebagai pedoman penempatan barang. Selain itu, penggunaan metode rectilinear akan membantu dalam perhitungan efisiensi jarak. Dengan demikian, perancangan ulang tata letak penyimpanan barang di warehouse tersebut menjadi krusial. Hasil dari upaya ini diharapkan akan berupa usulan tata letak penyimpanan barang yang lebih optimal.
       
      Company productivity heavily relies on an effective warehouse system that acts as the heart of the supply chain, and PT Acset Indonusa Tbk, a construction services company, is currently facing challenges with suboptimal item placement in their heavy machinery and equipment maintenance warehouse, leading to a lack of effectiveness and efficiency. To solve this, the company needs to implement a Class-based Storage method based on FSN Analysis (Fast Moving, Slow Moving, and Non-Moving) for item placement and utilize the rectilinear method for calculating distance efficiency, ultimately requiring a redesign of the warehouse's goods storage layout, with the expected outcome being a proposed optimal layout.
