      Abstract
Peternakan Surodadi menghasilkan kotoran ayam sebanyak 27 ton per bulan.

Surodadi Farm produces approximately 27 tons of chicken manure per month. However, this waste is not yet well-managed, which often leads to accumulation and unpleasant odors. The odor is caused by high concentrations of ammonia gas, carbon disulfide, dimethyl sulfide, mercaptans, and hydrogen sulfide, all of which can negatively affect the productivity of the chickens. This research aims to analyze the planning of organic fertilizer product diversification at Surodadi Farm based on financial and nonfinancial feasibility aspects, as well as to assess consumer satisfaction with the organic fertilizer produced. The research method employed is a business feasibility study approach, encompassing nonfinancial and financial aspects, along with the use of IPA and CSI methods to measure consumer satisfaction. The results show that the organic fertilizer business is feasible both financially and nonfinancially, with an NPV of IDR 615,259,462.44, an IRR of 87%, a Net B/C of 5.76, a Gross B/C of 1.18, and a payback period of 2.2 years. Additionally, the consumer satisfaction survey indicates a satisfaction level of 86.5%, which falls into the very good category.
