      Pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair Limbah Selada Romaine di Kelompok Tani Budi Rahayu berdasarkan Preferensi Konsumen

      Abstract
      Proses produksi selada romaine di Kelompok Tani Budi Rahayu menimbulkan limbah yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Limbah tersebut berpotensi untuk diolah menjadi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) sehingga memiliki nilai ekonomis untuk dijual dan menambah pendapatan bagi kelompok tani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dalam pembelian POC dan menganalisis kelayakan bisnis POC berdasarkan aspek finansial dan non finansial. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis konjoin dengan 70 responden dan analisis studi kelayakan bisnis. Hasil menunjukkan atribut paling penting secara berurutan yaitu harga, sertifikasi, cara penggunaan, ukuran, kemasan, kandungan, dan desain label. Nilai utilitas tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh POC dengan harga < Rp 35.000, ukuran 1000 ml, botol agro, desain label simpel, nutrisi umum, penggunaan dengan pengenceran air, dan bersertifikat SNI. Secara finansial, usaha ini layak dijalankan karena telah memenuhi kriteria investasi NPV > 0 yaitu Rp 122.436.792,00, IRR > DR yaitu 77%, Gross B/C > 1 yaitu 1,15; Net B/C > 1 yaitu 3,89; dan PP < Umur Bisnis yaitu 3,14 tahun. Aspek non finansial juga dinyatakan layak karena sudah memiliki perencanaan produk, pasar dan pemasaran, produksi, organisasi dan manajemen, sumber daya manusia, serta kolaborasi.
       
      Romaine lettuce production at Kelompok Tani Budi Rahayu generates waste that has not been optimally utilized. This waste has potential to be processed into liquid organic fertilizer (LOF), adding economic value and income. This study aims to analyze consumer preferences for LOF and evaluate its business feasibility from financial and non financial aspects. Methods used were conjoint analysis with involving 70 respondents and a business feasibility study. Results show that the most important attributes in purchasing decisions are price, certification, usage method, size, packaging, content, and label design. The highest utility was found in LOF priced < Rp 35,000, sized 1000 ml, in agro bottles, with simple labels, general nutrients, diluted usage, and SNI certification. Financially, the business is feasible with NPV Rp122,436,792.00, IRR 77%, Gross B/C 1.15, Net B/C 3.89, and Payback Period of 3.14 years. Non financially, it is also feasible based on planning aspects such as product, marketing, production, organization, human resources, and collaboration.
