      Kaji Terap Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen Produk Roti Kalkun CV Mutiara Keraton di Kabupaten Bogor

      Abstract
      Roti Kalkun merupakan produk olahan dari CV Mutiara Keraton Jimmy & Co Trans Bisnis Indonesia dengan merek Rokal yang didistribusikan di sekitar Bogor. Perusahaan mengalami permasalahan retur produk yang cukup tinggi pada bulan Mei hingga bulan September 2024, rata-rata retur sebesar 38%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan kepuasan konsumen, menerapkan perbaikan atribut produk, serta mengkaji keragaan finansial sebelum dan setelah perbaikan produk Rokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, CSI, IPA, dan analisis finansial. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa konsumen Rokal didominasi perempuan berusia 17-24 tahun, berdomisili di Bogor, berprofesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga, dan frekuensi pembelian tiga hingga lima kali dalam seminggu. Hasil CSI menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen mencapai 72,69% yang berada dalam kategori puas. Hasil IPA menunjukkan terdapat empat atribut prioritas perbaikan yaitu tanggal kadaluwarsa, nilai gizi, perlindungan kemasan, dan desain kemasan. Hasil analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa usaha yang semula tidak layak menjadi layak dengan meningkatnya R/C ratio menjadi 1,18, keuntungan bertambah menjadi Rp35.936.834, dan penjualan produk telah melampaui BEP pcs yaitu 58.211 pcs atau BEP rupiah yaitu Rp2.547.
       
      Turkey Bread is a processed product from CV Mutiara Keraton Jimmy & Co Trans Bisnis Indonesia under the brand Rokal, distributed around Bogor. The company experienced a high product return rate between May and September 2024, with an average return rate of 38%. The purpose of this research is to identify consumer characteristics and satisfaction, apply product attribute improvements, and assess the financial situation before and after the improvement of Rokal products. The methods used include descriptive analysis, CSI, IPA, and financial analysis. The descriptive analysis shows that Rokal consumers are predominantly women aged 17-24, residing in Bogor, working as housewives, with a purchase frequency of three to five times a week. The CSI results show a consumer satisfaction level of 72,69%, which falls into the satisfied category. The IPA results indicate four priority attributes for improvement: expiration date, nutritional value, packaging protection, and packaging design. The results of the financial analysis shows that a previously unfeasible business has become feasible, with an increased R/C ratio of 1,18, profits rising to Rp35.936.834, and product sales exceeding the BEP pieces of 58.211 pieces or BEP rupee amount of Rp2.547.
