| dc.description.abstract | PT Florex Farmindo mengalami outstock kardus dan plastik ukuran 35, yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan pengiriman dan kerugian bagi buyer. Hal ini menurunkan service level dan berdampak pada buyer yang tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan meramalkan kebutuhan kardus dan plastik ukuran 35, menentukan jumlah pemesanan ekonomis, frekuensi, waktu pemesanan optimal, serta titik pemesanan kembali (ROP), analisis finansial, dan rekomendasi implikasi manajerial. Metode yang digunakan adalah trend analysis, EOQ, total inventory cost, dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil peramalan dengan trend analysis menunjukkan kebutuhan tahun 2025 diperkirakan sebesar 10.287 pcs kardus dan 4.081,12 plastik. Jumlah pemesanan optimal masing-masing adalah 258 pcs dan 102,6 kg, dengan frekuensi 40 kali per tahun. ROP tercatat 204 pcs kardus dan 84,4 kg plastik. Penerapan metode EOQ menurunkan total biaya persediaan hingga 45%. Model pengelolaan persediaan ini dapat diaplikasikan sebagai implikasi manajerial dari segi bisnis dan teknis. | |
| dc.description.abstract | PT Florex Farmindo experienced outstock of cardboard and plastic size 35, which resulted in delays in delivery and losses for buyers. This lowers the service level and has an impact on buyers who cannot meet end consumer demand. This research aims to forecast the need for cardboard and plastic size 35, determine the economic order quantity, frequency, optimal ordering time, and Reorder Point (ROP), financial analysis, and recommendations for managerial implications. The methods used are trend analysis, EOQ, total inventory cost, and Microsoft Excel. Excel. Forecasting results with trend analysis show the need for 2025 is estimated at 10,287 pcs of cardboard and 4,081.12 kg of plastic. The optimal order quantities are 258 pcs and 102.6 kg, respectively, with a frequency of 40 times per year. The ROP was recorded at 204 pcs of cardboard and 84.4 kg of plastic. The application of the EOQ method reduced the total inventory cost by 45%. This inventory management model can be applied as managerial implicationsfrom a business and technical perspective. | |
