      Penerapan Waktu Baku pada Proses Produksi Bumbu Marinasi dengan Metode Stopwatch untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas di CV XYZ

      Abstract
      CV XYZ menghadapi kendala dalam mencapai target produksi bumbu marinasi sebesar 900 pack per hari karena belum adanya standar waktu kerja yang terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan waktu baku menggunakan metode stopwatch sebagai dasar peningkatan produktivitas. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas operator dan pencatatan waktu setiap elemen kerja. Analisis dilakukan untuk menentukan waktu rata-rata, waktu normal, dan waktu baku dengan mempertimbangkan faktor kelonggaran. Hasil pengukuran didapatkan waktu baku yang ditetapkan belum mampu menghasilkan output standar yang setara dengan target perusahaan. Identifikasi lebih lanjut ditemukan adanya ketidakseimbangan beban kerja antar elemen yang menyebabkan efisiensi tenaga kerja tidak optimal. Diajukan tiga usulan perbaikan, yaitu redistribusi tugas, penambahan tenaga kerja, dan otomatisasi proses. Dari ketiga usulan, perusahaan memilih penerapan redistribusi tugas karena dinilai lebih sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan saat ini. Penerapan waktu baku dan redistribusi tugas diharapkan dapat menyeimbangkan beban kerja, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, mempercepat proses produksi, dan membantu pencapaian target produksi secara konsisten.
       
      CV XYZ faces obstacles in achieving the marinade production target of 900 packs per day because there is no measurable standard working time. This study aims to apply standard time using the stopwatch method as a basis for increasing productivity. Data was obtained through direct observation of operator activities and time recording of each work element. Analysis is carried out to determine the average time, normal time, and standard time by considering the allowance factor. The measurement results obtained that the standard time set has not been able to produce standard output equivalent to the company's target. Further identification found that there is an imbalance of workload between elements which causes labor efficiency is not optimal. Three improvement proposals were proposed, namely task redistribution, additional labor, and process automation. Of the three proposals, the company chose to implement task redistribution because it was considered more in line with the company's current conditions. The implementation of standard time and task redistribution is expected to balance the workload, improve work efficiency, speed up the production process, and help achieve production targets consistently.
