      Abstract
      PT Etawa Dairy Industry merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak disektor agribisnis peternakan dengan fokus uatama pada pengembangan kambing perah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tambah dan kelayakan usaha yang dihasilkan dari susu kambing menjadi yoghurt. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis nilai tambah dan kelayakan investasi. Nilai tambah yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp91.090/liter dengan rasio 72,29%. Aspek non finansial yaitu aspek pasar layak dijalankan karena memiliki potensi pasar, aspek teknis layak dijalankan karena proses produksi dekat dengan bahan baku, aspek manajemen dan hukum layak karena memiliki struktur organisasi dan manajemen yang terorganisir serta memiliki NIB, aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya layak karena memberikan peluang kepada masyarakat, aspek lingkungan layak karena tidak mencemari lingkungan. Pada aspek finansial, NPV sebesar Rp11.860.240, net B/C 2,40%, gross B/C 1,22%, IRR 53%, payback period 2 tahun 7 bulan, BEP produksi 572 unit dan BEP rupiah Rp10.304.878. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pada pengolahan yoghurt susu kambing layak untuk dijalankan karena dilihat dari nilai tambah yang tinggi serta layak secara aspek finansial dan non finansial.
       
      PT Etawa Dairy Industry is a company engaged in the livestock agribusiness sector with a main focus on the development of dairy goats. This study aims to determine the added value and business feasibility generated from goat milk into yogurt. The method used in this research is value added analysis and investment feasibility. The added value generated was Rp91.090/liter with a ratio of 72,29%. Based on non financial aspects, the business is considered feasible from market, technical, management and legal, social, cultural, and environmental aspects. In the financial aspect, the NPV was Rp11.860.240, net B/C 2,40%, gross B/C 1,22%, IRR 53%, payback period 2 years 7 months, production BEP 572 units and rupiah BEP Rp10.304.878. Based on the research conducted on goat milk yogurt processing is feasible to run because it is seen from the high added value and feasible in financial and non financial aspects.
