      Abstract
      UMKM Gandaria Frozen Food merupakan usaha ritel yang menjual makanan beku dan kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Dalam operasionalnya, usaha ini belum memiliki sistem persediaan yang terstruktur dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Hal ini menyebabkan berbagai kendala, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, ketidaksesuaian stok fisik dengan data, dan keterbatasan dalam struktur organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) sistem persediaan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional UMKM. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Proses perancangan dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada, dilanjut dengan menyusun SOP, dan melakukan uji coba penerapan. Dengan adanya SOP ini, diharapkan UMKM Gandaria Frozen Food dapat mengelola persediaan secara profesional, mengurangi risiko kerugian, serta meningkatkan efisiensi kerja.
       
      UMKM Gandaria Frozen Food is a retail business that sells Frozen Food and daily necessities. In its operations, this business does not have a well-structured and documented inventory system. This causes various obstacles, such as recording errors, mismatches between physical stock and data, and limitations in organizational structure. This research aims to design and implement an inventory system Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of UMKM operations. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative research with observation, interviews and documentation studies. The design process begins with identifying existing problems, followed by drafting SOP, and conducting implementation trials. With this SOP, it is expected that Gandaria Frozen Food UMKM can manage inventory professionally, reduce the risk of loss, and improve work efficiency.
