Abstract

IRENE SONIA LARASATI. Evaluasi Waktu Baku Proses Penyimpanan Bolt Menggunakan Metode Stopwatch di Gudang Sparepart PT XYZ. Dibimbing oleh DR. IR. ELANG ILIK MARTAWIJAYA, MM. PT XYZ merupakan industri pupuk (anak perusahaan dari PT XYZ). Setiap perusahaan pastinya memiliki waktu-waktu yang sudah seharusnya ditentukan setiap pekerjaannya. Tingkat kinerja yang stabil berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan dari pengamatan yang diamati, terdapat keterlambatan pada proses penyimpanan barang (bolt) di gudang sparepart. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Stopwatch, dapat dilakukan pengukuran standarisasi dan penetapan waktu baku pada proses penyimpanan barang (bolt) yang dikerjakan oleh operator. Adanya hasil perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan perbaikan nilai kelonggaran yaitu sebesar 20%. Hasil nilai kelonggarannya besar maka waktu baku pun besar yang artinya prosesnya membutuhkan waktu lebih lama. Penetapan waktu baku dilakukan agar proses penyimpanan barang (bolt) dapat lebih efisien dan dapat diselesaikan lebih cepat. Adapun alternatif solusi selain pengukuran waktu baku yaitu pembuatan peta kerja (Peta Proses Operasi, Peta Aliran Proses, dan Peta Tangan Kiri Tangan Kanan) serta pembuatan Instruksi Kerja terkait proses penyimpanan barang (bolt).

Based on observations, there is a delay in the process of storing goods (bolts) in the spare parts warehouse. Measurements are made using the Stopwatch method, standardization measurements can be made and the determination of standard time in the process of storing goods (bolts) done by operators. There are results of differences before and after the improvement of the leeway value, which is 20%. If the result of the leeway value is large, the standard time is also large, which means that the process takes longer. Determination of standard time is carried out so that the process of storing goods (bolts) can be more efficient and can be completed more quickly. The alternative solutions besides measuring standard time are making work maps (Operation Process Map, Process Flow Map, and Left Hand Right Hand Map) and making Work Instructions related to the process of storing goods (bolts).
