      Abstract
      Masalah penjadwalan karyawan menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam menjaga kualitas layanan di sebuah hotel. Karyawan juga dituntut untuk bekerja dengan efisiensi tinggi dalam memastikan kualitas pelayanan tetap terjaga, meskipun dihadapkan pada variasi permintaan, waktu operasi yang panjang, serta keterbatasan jumlah karyawan. Sistem penjadwalan yang efisien dan efektif menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi manajemen hotel. Pada penelitian ini dibahas model penjadwalan karyawan hotel berdasarkan fuzzy goal programming. Model selanjutnya diterapkan di Hotel XYZ. Hasil implementasi model menunjukkan bahwa terpenuhinya semua kendala yang ditetapkan, serta terpenuhinya rasa keadilan bagi setiap karyawan. Implementasi model juga memperlihatkan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan jadwal aktual.
       
      Employee scheduling issues are one of the important aspects in maintaining service quality in a hotel. Employees are also required to work with high efficiency in ensuring service quality is maintained, even when faced with variations in demand, long operating hours, and limited number of employees. An efficient and effective scheduling system is a challenge for hotel management. This study discusses the hotel employee scheduling model based on fuzzy goal programming. The model is applied at Hotel XYZ. The results of the model implementation show that all the constraints set are met, and a sense of justice is met for each employee. The model implementation also shows better results compared to the actual schedule.
