Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases that is important to pay attention to because its prevalence continues to increase and its health impacts if not treated. As a health service oriented towards promotive and preventive efforts in controlling NCDs, it is important for Posbindu to always pay attention to the quality of services provided. This study aims to explore public perceptions of the quality of Posbindu services as a basis for enhancing the effectiveness of elderly health services and preventing NCDs. The study was conducted on 67 Posbindu users, who were then processed using the SEM-PLS method by evaluating the model to determine the influence of constructs. The results of the study showed that knowledge influences the perception of health and disease of users, which ultimately also influences the assessment of the quality of Posbindu services. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the knowledge and perceptions of users so that Posbindu cadres and implementers will improve the quality of services, especially in terms of the clarity of schedules, methods, and materials for counseling about health and hypertension.
