      Suplementasi Temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) pada Pakan terhadap Kinerja Pertumbuhan Ikan Patin (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus)

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis optimal temulawak pada pakan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pertumbuhan ikan patin. Ikan patin ukuran 8,94 ± 0,003 g dipelihara selama 70 hari di hapa berukuran 1 m3. Selama masa pemeliharaan, ikan diberi pakan perlakuan yang ditambah temulawak 0 g kg-1, 5 g kg-1, 10 g kg-1, atau 15 g kg-1. Setiap perlakuan diulang empat kali. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penambahan temulawak 5 g kg-1 pada pakan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pertumbuhan ikan patin. Peningkatan jumlah temulawak yang ditambahkan pada pakan, 10 g kg-1 maupun 15 g kg-1, memberikan kinerja pertumbuhan ikan patin yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan tanpa penambahan temulawak. Dengan demikian, bedasarkan hasil temulawak yang optimal ditambahkan pada pakan ikan patin sebanyak 5 g kg-1.
       
      This study aims to obtain the optimal dose of temulawak in feed that can improve the growth performance of pangasius. Pangasius measuring 8.94 ± 0.003 g were reared for 70 days in a 1 m3 hapa. During the rearing period, the fish were fed with treatment diets supplemented with 0 g kg-1, 5 g kg-1, 10 g kg-1, or 15 g kg 1 of temulawak. Each treatment was repeated four times. The results showed that the addition of 5 g kg-1 of temulawak to the feed could improve the growth performance of pangasius. Increasing the amount of temulawak added to the feed, 10 g kg-1 or 15 g kg-1, gave catfish growth performance that was not significantly different from the treatment without the addition of temulawak. Thus, based on the results of optimal temulawak added to catfish feed as much as 5 g kg-1.
