      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi persediaan bahan baku berbasis website pada UMKM Sweet Noella Bakery. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ini adalah pencatatan persediaan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian data, risiko kehilangan informasi, serta rendahnya efisiensi operasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah system development life cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan waterfall yang terdiri atas tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dibangun mampu mencatat bahan baku masuk dan keluar secara real-time, memantau persediaan, menghasilkan laporan berkala, dan membatasi akses pengguna sesuai tanggung jawab masing-masing. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu UMKM dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku.
       
      This study aims to design and implement a web-based inventory management system for raw materials at UMKM Sweet Noella Bakery. The main issue faced by this bakery is the manual inventory recording system, which leads to data discrepancies, the risk of information loss, and low operational efficiency. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall approach, consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The developed system is capable of recording raw materials in and out in real-time, monitoring inventory, generating periodic reports, and restricting user access based on their respective responsibilities. Testing using the black box method shows that all system functions meet the user requirements. It is expected that this system will help UMKM improve the effectiveness and efficiency of raw material inventory management.
