Abstract
MUHAMMAD FIKRI SUBAKTI. Analisis Perencanaan Produksi Karton Box Adidas SPW 40 Melalui Pendekatan Logika Fuzzy di PT Cipta Multi Buana Perkasa. Dibimbing oleh DONI YUSRI. Penelitian ini menganalisis dan mengevaluasi perencanaan produksi di PT Cipta Multi Buana Perkasa melalui metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan data historis dan pengamatan, perusahaan mengalami permasahalan stockout dan overstock. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak adanya metode perencaan yang melibatkan variabel bahan baku dan finished good. Perusahaan merencanakan produksi berdasarkan permintaan dan data historis saja, serta tidak memiliki tetapan Safety Stock yang baku. Penelitian ini menyarankan penggunaan metode perhitungan perencanaan produksi dan pengendalian produksi seacara kuantitatif. Dimulai dari perhitungan Safety Stock & ROP, peramalan memakai Time Series, metode fuzzy, perencanaan agregat, Master Production Schedule (MPS), dan Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Hasil dari perhitungan berdasarkan metode yang telah disebutkan diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul di perusahaan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. MUHAMMAD FIKRI SUBAKTI. Production Planning Using a Fuzzy Logic Approach at PT Cipta Multi Buana

This research analyzes and evaluates production planning at PT Cipta Multi
Buana Perkasa using quantitative methods. Based on historical data and
observations, the company experienced stockout and overstock problems. This is
because there is no planning method that involves raw material and finished goods
variables. The company plans production based on demand and historical data only,
and does not have standard Safety Stock settings. This research suggests the use of
quantitative production planning and production control calculation methods.
Starting from calculating Safety Stock & ROP, Forecasting using Time Series,
fuzzy methods, aggregate planning, Master Production Schedule (MPS), and
Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of calculations based on the
methods mentioned are expected to be able to overcome problems that arise in the
company, as well as increase operational efficiency
