| dc.description.abstract | Perhitungan Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) yang efisien dan akurat krusial dalam industri pengolahan kelapa sawit. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi SAP pada proses refinery di KPN Downstream melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisoner, dan studi pustaka serta dianalisis menggunakan dengan gabungan teknik triangulasi, analisis tematik, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan SAP signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan mengotomatisasi beberapa pekerjaan dalam proses perhitungan COGM. Namun, keyakinan pengguna terhadap akurasi data COGM yang dihasilkan sistem masih perlu ditingkatkan lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi berupa peningkatan proses costing di SAP H4NA melalui cloud spreadsheet checklist & validasi otomatis SAP. Solusi ini dirancang untuk memperkuat proses validasi data, meningkatkan akurasi perhitungan COGM secara otomatis, dan pada akhirnya mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis yang lebih andal di KPN Downstream. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Efficient and accurate calculation of Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) is
crucial in the palm oil processing industry. This qualitative research aims to
evaluate the implementation of SAP in the refinery process at KPN Downstream
through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies and analyzed
using a combination of triangulation techniques, thematic analysis, and descriptive
analysis. The results show that SAP significantly improves time efficiency and
automates some of the work in the COGM calculation process. However, user
confidence in the accuracy of system-generated COGM data still needs to be further
improved. Therefore, this research produces recommendations in the form of
improving the costing process in SAP H4NA through SAP's cloud spreadsheet
checklist & automated validation. This solution is designed to strengthen the data
validation process, improve the accuracy of COGM calculation automatically, and
ultimately support more reliable strategic decision-making at KPN Downstream. | |
