      Proses Pengambilan Keputusan Pembelian Jamur Tiram Putih berdasarkan Preferensi Konsumen di PT Agro Jamur Pabuwaran

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen, menganalisis preferensi konsumen, dan menentukan atribut yang paling penting dalam keputusan pembelian jamur tiram putih di PT Agro Jamur Pabuwaran. Lokasi penelitian di PT Agro Jamur Pabuwaran. Responden sebanyak 50 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan konjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas konsumen berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan rentang usia 34-45 tahun, pendidikan SMA, pendapatan sesuai dengan UMR Kota Purwokerto. Perilaku pembelian konsumen dilakukan setiap hari dengan jumlah 1 - 3 kg untuk dijual kembali. Preferensi konsumen yaitu tekstur lembut, warna putih bersih, bentuk tudung utuh, bobot kecil, harga = Rp12.000, dan segar. Atribut yang paling penting secara berurutan yaitu tekstur lembut, harga dan warna. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan PT Agro Jamur Pabuwaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk sesuai preferensi konsumen.
       
      This study aims to identify consumer characteristics, analyze consumer preferences, and determine the most important attributes that influence purchasing decisions of white oyster mushrooms at PT Agro Jamur Pabuwaran. The research was conducted at PT Agro Jamur Pabuwaran with a total of 50 selected respondents using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed descriptively with conjoint analysis. The results show that the majority of consumers are male, aged between 34 and 45 years old, have a high school education, and earn an income equivalent to the regional minimum wage of Purwokerto. Consumer purchasing behavior occurs daily in quantities of one to three kilograms for resale. Consumer preferences include soft texture, clean white color, intact cap shape, small size, price = IDR 12,000/kg, and freshness. The most important aspects in purchasing white oyster mushroom are texture, price, and color, with priority is in order respectively. As a result, this study suggests that PT Agro Jamur Pabuwaran can improve product quality with identified consumer preferences.
