      Perencanaan Sistem Drainase di Andalus Residence Cluster Atlas

      Abstract
      Pertumbuhan penduduk di Kabupaten Bogor terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Kenaikan jumlah penduduk berdampak pada meningkatnya kebutuhan lahan, yang dapat menyebabkan berkurangnya daerah resapan air. Perubahan tata guna lahan dapat meningkatkan volume limpasan. Andalus Residence yang berlokasi Kabupaten Bogor merupakan perumahan yang sedang membangun Cluster Atlas seluas ±0,7 Ha. Dalam membangun Cluster tersebut, perlu dipertimbangkan pula perencanaan drainase yang efektif guna mencegah genangan maupun banjir saat musim hujan. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Bogor No. 113 tahun 2021, bahwa prasarana yang diwajibkan di perumahan merujuk pada jaringan saluran drainase yang berfungsi untuk mengalirkan air hujan. Penelitian bertujuan merancang sistem drainase yang efektif dan efisien serta menyusun anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan. Analisis yang dilakukan berupa analisis hidrologi, analisis debit limpasan, dan analisis hidrolika saluran. Debit limpasan yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,008 m³/s pada DTA 1, 0,008 m³/s pada DTA 2, 0,011 m³/s pada DTA 3, dan 0,019 m³/s pada DTA 4. Hasil perencanaan berupa saluran drainase dengan bentuk persegi dari bahan pasangan batu berukuran 0,3 x 0,3 m. Anggaran biaya yang diperlukan sebesar Rp 117.454.249,41.
       
      Population growth in Bogor Regency continues to increase annually, leading to a rise in land demand that potentially reduces water catchment areas. Changes in land use can contribute to increased surface runoff volumes. Andalus Residence, located in Bogor Regency, is currently developing the Atlas Cluster, covering an area of approximately 0.7 hectares. In the development of this cluster, effective drainage planning is essential to prevent waterlogging and flooding during the rainy season. In accordance with Bogor Regent Regulation No. 113 of 2021, developers are required to provide infrastructure, including a drainage network to convey stormwater. This study aims to design an effective and efficient drainage system and to estimate the required implementation cost. The analysis includes hydrological analysis, runoff discharge calculation, and hydraulic analysis of the drainage channels. The calculated runoff discharges are 0.008 m³/s for Subcatchment 1, 0.008 m³/s for Subcatchment 2, 0.011 m³/s for Subcatchment 3, and 0.019 m³/s for Subcatchment 4. The proposed design is a square-shaped drainage channel constructed from stone masonry, with dimensions of 0.3 × 0.3 meters. The estimated implementation cost is IDR 117,454,249.41.
