      Analisis Sensitivitas Model Matematika pada Penyebaran Penyakit Hepatitis A dengan Upaya Sanitasi dan Edukasi Lingkungan

      Abstract
      Hepatitis A merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Virus hepatitis A (HAV) yaitu virus yang menyebabkan infeksi akut pada organ hati. Dalam pencegahan virus ini mewabah dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian vaksinasi, upaya sanitasi dan edukasi kesehatan serta kepatuhan kebersihan terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini merekonstruksi model matematika pada penyebaran penyakit hepatitis A serta menentukan titik tetap dan bilangan reproduksi dasar (R0) yang kemudian digunakan untuk melakukan analisis sensitivitas parameternya. Kestabilan titik tetap ditentukan oleh nilai R0. Jika R0 < 1, maka titik tetap bebas penyakit bersifat stabil asimtotik lokal dan global, sedangkan jikaR0 > 1 maka titik tetap bebas penyakit bersifat tidak stabil. Berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas, parameter laju individu rentan yang divaksinasi (??) dan laju penyebaran virus HAV dari lingkungan ke manusia (??2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penyebaran virus. Dengan meningkatkan laju individu rentan yang divaksinasi (??) dan menurunkan laju penyebaran virus HAV dari lingkungan ke manusia (??2) maka akan menurunkan bilangan reproduksi dasar R0 sehingga penyebaran penyakit hepatitis A tidak mewabah.
       
      Hepatitis A is a disease caused by the Hepatitis A virus (HAV), which leads to acute infection of the liver. To prevent the widespread transmission of this virus, several measures can be taken, including vaccination, sanitation efforts, health education, and adherence to environmental hygiene. This study reconstructs a mathematical model of the transmission of Hepatitis A and determines the equilibrium points and the basic reproduction number (R0), which is then used for parameter sensitivity analysis. The stability of the equilibrium points is determined by the value of R0. If R0 < 1, the disease-free equilibrium point is locally and globally asymptotically stable, whereas if R0 > 1, the disease-free equilibrium point becomes unstable.Based on sensitivity analysis, the vaccination rate of susceptible individuals (??) and the transmission rate of HAV from the environment to humans (??2) have a significant impact on the spread of the virus. Increasing the vaccination rate of susceptible individuals (??) and reducing the transmission rate of HAV from the environment to humans (??2) will lower the basic reproduction number (R0), thereby preventing the widespread transmission of Hepatitis A.
