      Abstract
      Pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan yang berkelanjutan memerlukan pendekatan berbasis data untuk memastikan pemanfaatan sumber daya ikan yang optimal tanpa mengganggu keseimbangan ekosistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang mendukung analisis stok ikan kembung di WPPNRI 712 guna membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam kebijakan pengelolaan perikanan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis Catch Per Unit Effort (CPUE) dan Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) untuk menilai tingkat eksploitasi sumber daya ikan, serta perancangan sistem berbasis data yang dapat menyajikan informasi stok ikan secara visual dan interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai tren stok ikan kembung dan tingkat pemanfaatannya. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu bagi stakeholder dalam pengambilan keputusan pengelolaan perikanan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Pengembangan lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan akurasi analisis serta mempertimbangkan faktor lain dalam pengelolaan perikanan.
       
      Sustainable fisheries management requires a data-driven approach to ensure optimal resource utilization without compromising ecosystem balance. This study aims to develop an information system that supports stock analysis of Indian mackerel in WPPNRI 712 to assist decision-making in fisheries management policies. The methods used include Catch Per Unit Effort (CPUE) and Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) analysis to assess resource exploitation levels, along with the design of a data-based system that presents stock information visually and interactively. The results indicate that the developed information system effectively provides a comprehensive overview of Indian mackerel stock trends and utilization levels. This system is expected to serve as a decision-support tool for stakeholders in formulating more effective and sustainable fisheries management policies. Further development is needed to enhance analysis accuracy and incorporate another factor into fisheries management strategies.
