Pembangunan Desa Digital dan Digitalisasi Industri Kecil Menengah (Kajian Kelompok IKM di Desa Gunung Putri, Kecamatan Gunung Putri, Kabupaten Bogor)

Abstract

Program desa digital Jawa Barat dirancang dalam empat level pembangunan untuk menyediakan infrastruktur internet berbasis kawasan guna mendorong ekonomi digital di pedesaan, termasuk bagi pelaku IKM. Pemerintah desa memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mengadaptasi program ini agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal. Penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis korelasi antara indeks pembangunan desa digital, peran pemerintah, dan digitalisasi IKM di Desa Gunung Putri, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan teknik sensus, melibatkan 51 anggota Kelompok IKM Desa Gunung Putri sebagai responden. Pembangunan desa digital di Desa Gunung Putri masih berfokus pada penyediaan infrastruktur dasar, seperti jaringan internet, tanpa diikuti pengembangan platform digital yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh IKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara indeks pembangunan desa digital dengan peran pemerintah, serta dengan digitalisasi IKM. Meski begitu, baik digitalisasi desa maupun digitalisasi IKM yang dijalankan oleh Pemerintah Desa Gunung Putri masih dalam tahap perkembangan dan belum mewujudkan pertumbuhan ekonomi digital.

The digital village programme in West Java is structured across four levels of development, with the objective of providing area-based internet infrastructure to enhance the digital economy in rural regions. This initiative is particularly focused on supporting SMEs. The responsibility for adapting the programme to suit local needs lies with village governments. This study aims to analyse the correlation between the digital village development index, government role, and digitalisation of SMEs in Gunung Putri Village, Bogor Regency. The research method employed is an explanatory research method with a census technique, involving 51 members of the Gunung Putri Village SME Group as respondents. The results of the study indicate that digital village development in Gunung Putri Village is still focused on the provision of basic infrastructure, such as internet networks, without there being any concomitant development of digital platforms that SMEs could utilise. The findings of the study indicated a correlation between the digital village development index and the role of the government, as well as with the digitalisation of SMEs. It is evident that both the village and SME digitalisation initiatives undertaken by the Gunung Putri Village Government are still in the developmental stage and have not yet realised the digital economy.
