      Bioaktivitas Antirayap Ekstrak Biji Kluwek (Pangium edule Reinw) terhadap Rayap Tanah Coptotermes curvignathus Holmgren

      Abstract
      Kluwek merupakan tanaman serbaguna yang hampir seluruh bagiannya dapat dimanfaatkan. Beberapa penelitian menyatakan bahwa kluwek berpotensi sebagai antibakteri, pengawet, dan bioinsektisida. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis bioaktivitas ekstrak maserasi bertingkat terhadap biji kluwek (P. edule) sebagai antirayap terhadap rayap Coptotermes curvignathus. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan adalah maserasi bertingkat dengan pelarut n-heksana, etil asetat, metanol, dan akuades. Pengujian bioaktivitas ekstrak akan dilakukan dengan metode tanpa pilihan (no choice test) yang mengacu pada Japanese Industrial Standard K 1571: 2010. Data diperoleh dari perhitungan kehilangan berat uji, mortalitas rayap, dan penentuan Median Lethal Concentration (LC50). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa larutan ekstrak etil asetat dengan variasi konsentrasi 0,25%, 0,5%, 0,75%, dan 1% bersifat toksik dan memiliki potensi sebagai antirayap. Nilai LC50 ekstrak etil asetat sebesar 765,3 µg/mL sehingga diindikasikan bahwa ekstrak etil asetat lebih berpotensi sebagai antirayap dibanding ekstrak dari pelarut lainnya.
       
      Kluwek is a multipurpose plant that almost all of its parts can be utilized. Some studies state that kluwek has potential as an antibacterial, preservative, and bioinsecticide. The research aims to analyze the bioactivity of graded maceration extracts of kluwek (P. edule) seeds as termite repellent against Coptotermes curvignathus termites. The extraction method used is graded maceration with n-hexane, ethyl acetate, methanol, and distilled water as solvents. Bioactivity testing of the extract will be carried out using the no choice test method which refers to the standard Japanese Industrial Standard K 1571: 2010. Data is obtained from the calculation of test weight loss, termite mortality, and determination of Median Lethal Concentration (LC50). The research indicates that the ethyl acetate extract with a concentration variation of 0,25%, 0,5%, 0,75%, and 1% are toxic and potential as a termiticides. The LC50 value of ethyl acetate extract is 765,3 µg/mL, indicating that ethyl acetate extract has more.
