dc.description.abstractPemilihan supplier bahan penolong seperti coating oil berperan penting dalam menjaga mutu dan kelancaran produksi pupuk NPK. Proses seleksi yang selama ini belum terstruktur menyebabkan kualitas bahan yang diterima sering tidak sesuai standar, sehingga berdampak pada gangguan proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun model pengambilan keputusan pemilihan supplier secara sistematis dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Lima kriteria utama yang digunakan adalah kualitas, harga, pengiriman, kemudahan, dan hubungan yang dijabarkan ke dalam sepuluh subkriteria. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner kepada pihak internal perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas menjadi kriteria paling dominan dengan bobot sebesar (0,529), diikuti oleh harga (0,162) dan pengiriman (0,160). Tiga alternatif supplier yang dianalisis adalah PT. LGS, PT. KZ, dan PT. GEJ. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan akhir dengan Software Expert Choice, supplier PT. LGS memperoleh nilai akhir tertinggi yaitu (0,427), diikuti oleh PT. GEJ (0,326) dan PT. KZ (0,247). Dengan demikian, PT. LGS direkomendasikan sebagai pemasok utama coating oil bagi PT XYZ. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengadaan dan kualitas produk pupuk.
dc.description.abstractThe selection of auxiliary material suppliers such as coating oil is a key factor in ensuring product quality and production continuity for NPK fertilizers. The unstructured and subjective supplier selection process at PT XYZ has led to issues such as material inconsistency and production disruptions. This study aims to develop a structured decision-making model using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The evaluation is based on five main criteria: quality, price, delivery, ease of collaboration, and long-term relationship, further broken down into ten sub-criteria. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and questionnaires distributed to internal stakeholders. The results show that quality is the most dominant criterion with a weight of (0.529), followed by price (0.162) and delivery (0.160). The three suppliers assessed were PT. LGS, PT. KZ, and PT. GEJ. Based on the final analysis using Expert Choice software, PT. LGS scored the highest with a total weight of (0.427), followed by PT. GEJ with (0.326) and PT. KZ with (0.247). Therefore, PT. LGS is recommended as the preferred coating oil supplier for PT XYZ. This research is expected to support strategic procurement decisions and enhance the overall efficiency and quality of NPK fertilizer production.
