dc.description.abstractPertumbuhan dan kandungan bayam dipengaruhi oleh pemberian pupuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan pengaruh pupuk kasgot pada sistem hidroponik terhadap pertumbuhan, kandungan zat besi, fenolik, flavonoid, dan kapasitas antioksidan bayam hijau. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode MAE untuk ekstraksi, ICP-OES untuk zat besi, Follin-Ciocalteu untuk fenolik, kolorimetri untuk flavonoid, dan FRAP untuk kapasitas antioksidan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dosis 3 (300 g pupuk kasgot dalam 10 L air) menghasilkan kadar zat besi tertinggi sebesar 104,40 ± 0,14 mg/100 g BK, sedangkan dosis 1 (100 g pupuk kasgot dalam 10 L air) memberikan kadar fenolik, flavonoid, dan kapasitas antioksidan tertinggi, masing-masing 2,32 ± 0,04 mg GAE/g BK, 1,81 ± 0,06 mg QE/g BK, dan 8,85 ± 0,52 µmol TE/g BK. Meskipun pertumbuhan bayam dengan pupuk kasgot lebih lambat dibandingkan AB mix, dosis 1 tetap menunjukkan pertumbuhan terbaik di antara perlakuan kasgot dengan tinggi rata-rata 22,8 cm, jumlah daun 25,3 lembar, dan bobot basah 18 g. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan pemberian pupuk kasgot dapat meningkatkan kandungan zat besi, fenolik, flavonoid, dan kapasitas antioksidan bayam
dc.description.abstractThe growth and nutritional content of spinach are influenced by fertilizer application. This study aimed to determine the effect of kasgot fertilizer in a hydroponic system on the growth, iron content, phenolic compounds, flavonoids, and antioxidant capacity of green spinach. Analyses were conducted using MAE for extraction, ICP-OES for iron, the Folin-Ciocalteu method for phenolics, colorimetry for flavonoids, and the FRAP method for antioxidant capacity. The results showed that dose 3 (300 g of kasgot fertilizer in 10 L of water) produced the highest iron content at 104.40 ± 0.14 mg/100 g BK, while dose 1 (100 g of kasgot fertilizer in 10 L of water) yielded the highest levels of phenolics (2.32 ± 0.04 mg GAE/g BK), flavonoids (1.81 ± 0.06 mg QE/g BK), and antioxidant capacity (8.85 ± 0.52 µmol TE/g BK). Although spinach grown with kasgot fertilizer exhibited slower growth compared to those treated with AB mix, dose 1 still showed the best growth among the kasgot treatments, with an average height of 22.8 cm, 25.3 leaves, and a fresh weight of 18 g.
