      Aplikasi Daun Sirsak Annona muricata Linn pada Media Pemeliharaan Benih Ikan Nila GESIT Oreochromis niloticus

      Abstract
      Pertumbuhan yang lambat dan sintasan rendah menjadi permasalahan dalam budidaya ikan nila GESIT. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian terapan ini adalah mengevaluasi aplikasi perendaman daun sirsak Annona muricata Linn pada media pemeliharaan terhadap pertumbuhan dan sintasan benih ikan nila GESIT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan empat perlakuan dan masing-masing memiliki empat ulangan. Perlakuan perendaman daun sirsak pada media pemeliharaan meliputi PS 0,75, PS 1,25, PS 1,75. Pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, bobot mutlak, laju pertumbuhan spesifik bobot tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan PS 1,75 sebesar 8,17±0,44 cm, 38,19±0,16 g, 0,52±0,05%/hari dengan jumlah konsumsi pakan 4,29±0,18 kg, dan sintasan 98,75±2,50%. Aplikasi penambahan daun sirsak dengan dosis 1,75 g/L pada media pemeliharaan benih ikan nila dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, bobot mutlak, laju pertumbuhan spesifik dan jumlah konsumsi pakan.
       
      Slow growth and survival are problems in GESIT tilapia cultivation. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of soursop leaf Annona muricata Linn immersion in maintenance media on the growth and survival of GESIT tilapia seeds. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method, with four treatments, each with four replications. The soursop leaf immersion in the maintenance media included PS 0,75, PS 1,25, PS 1,75. The highest absolute length growth, absolute weight, specific weight growth rate was found in the PS 1,75 treatment of 8,17±0,44 cm, 38,19±0,16 g, 0,52±0,05%/day with a feed consumption of 4,29±0,18 kg, and survival of 98,75±2,50%. The application of soursop leaves to tilapia seed maintenance media at a doses 1,75 g/L (PS 1,75) improved the absolute length growth, absolute weight, specific growth rate, and amount of feed consumption in the PS 1,75 treatment.
