      Abstract
      Pencemaran logam berat yang masuk ke dalam perairan akibat dari aktivitas antropogenik seperti peleburan aki berpotensi mencemari perairan melalui pengendapan di sedimen dan terjadi akumulasi di dalam tubuh biota perairan seperti ikan synodontis (Synodontis eupterus) yang terdapat di kolam perairan ikan hias Desa Cinangka. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bioakumulasi kandungan logam berat timbal (Pb) dan besi (Fe) pada ikan synodontis (Synodontis eupterus). Pengambilan sampel air dan ikan dilakukan di kolam perairan budidaya ikan hias pada bulan Oktober 2023 sampai Agustus 2024. Analisis konsentrasi logam berat pada air menggunakan metode Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) dan logam berat pada ikan menggunakan X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF). Parameter kualitas air kolam budidaya Desa Cinangka masih sesuai pada rentang baku mutu. Hasil analisis kandungan logam berat Pb dan Fe pada air dan ikan synodontis telah melebihi baku mutu. Kandungan logam berat Pb dan Fe tertinggi ditemukan pada insang ikan synodontis. Biokonsentrasi logam berat Pb dan Fe pada ikan synodontis termasuk kategori tingkat akumulasi sedang hingga tinggi.
       
      Heavy metal pollution that enters the waters as a result of anthropogenic activities such as battery smelting has the potential to pollute waters through deposition in sediments and accumulation in the body of aquatic biota such as synodontis fish (Synodontis eupterus) found in ornamental fish pond in Cinangka Village. This study aim to analyze the bioaccumulation of heavy metals lead (Pb) and iron (Fe) in synodontis fish (Synodontis eupterus). Water and fish samples were collected from the ornamental fish farming ponds from October 2023 to August 2024. Analysis of heavy metal concentrations in water was using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) and heavy metals in fish using X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF). The water quality parameters of the Cinangka Village aquaculture ponds are still within the quality standard range. The results of the analysis of Pb and Fe heavy metal content in water and synodontis fish have exceeded the quality standards. The highest Pb and Fe heavy metal contents were found in the gills of synodontis fish. The bioconcentration of heavy metals Pb and Fe in synodontis fish is categorized as a medium to high accumulation rate.
