Produksi rata rata susu di Indonesia cukup rendah, sekitar 5490 kg laktasi-1. penerapan Good Dairy Farming Practices (GDFP) dapat meingkatkan produksi susu pada sapi perah. Good Dairy Farming Practices meliputi berbagai aspek penting salah satunya yaitu pembibitan dan reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi faktor penentu yang paling berpengaruh pada aspek pembibitan dan reproduksi dalam GDFP ternak sapi perah di Kelompok Tani Ternak Sapi Perah KANIA yang berlokasi di Desa Tajurhalang, Kecamatan Cijeruk menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data diambil dengan survei lapangan dan wawancara dengan anggota kelompok KANIA. Jumlah peternak yang diwawancarai sebanyak 11 orang anggota KTTSP KANIA dan 4 orang responden ahli meliputi akademisi, praktisi, dan perwakilan pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menujukan penerapan GDFP masuk kedalam kategori baik dengan nilai gabungan yang didapat sebesar 85,05%. Kriteria dengan nilai tertinggi diperoleh oleh calving interval sebesar 0,24 untuk AHP dan nilai gabungan sebesar 20,73%. The average milk production in Indonesia is relatively low, approximately 5490 kg per lactation. The implementation of Good Dairy Farming Practices (GDFP) can increase milk production in dairy cows. Good Dairy Farming Practices cover various important aspects, one of which is breeding and reproduction. This study aims to evaluate the most influential determining factors in the breeding and reproduction aspect of GDFP for dairy cattle at the KANIA Dairy Cattle Farmer Group located in Tajurhalang Village, Cijeruk Subdistrict, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data were collected through field surveys and interviews with KANIA group members. The number of interviewed farmers consisted of 11 members of KTTSP KANIA and 4 expert respondents, including academics, practitioners, and government representatives. The research results showed that the implementation of GDFP falls into the good category, with a combined score of 85,05%. The highest criterion score was obtained by the calving interval, with an AHP value of 0,24 and a combined score of 20,73%.
