      Abstract
      Permasalahan yang dihadapi petani adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dalam hal teknis pemupukan. Pupuk harus diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan unsur hara tanaman, tidak berlebihan dan tidak kekurangan. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan dalam pemberian pupuk, pemberi pupuk harus memahami kandungan unsur hara pada lahan. Aplikasi Smart Agriculture and Fertilizer Recommendation System (SAFRONS) dikembangkan untuk pertama kalinya pada penelitian ini dengan berfokus pada pengembangan sistem informasi kandungan unsur hara lahan berbasis Web GIS yang bertujuan untuk membantu petani dalam mengetahui kandungan hara lahan. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan dua iterasi menggunakan metode prototyping dengan framework laravel dan library leaflet untuk menampilkan peta yang menyajikan informasi kandungan unsur hara lahan untuk beberapa wilayah di Jawa Barat. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode black box testing.
       
      The issue faced by farmers is the lack of technical knowledge about fertilization. Fertilizers must be applied according to the nutrient needs of the crops, avoiding both overuse and deficiency. To prevent errors in fertilizer application, farmers need to understand the nutrient content of the soil. The Smart Agriculture and Fertilizer Recommendation System (SAFRONS) application was developed for the first time in this study, focusing on the development of a Web GIS-based soil nutrient information system. The purpose is to assist farmers in understanding the nutrient content of their land. The system was developed through two iterations using the prototyping method, leveraging the Laravel framework and the Leaflet library to display maps that provide soil nutrient content information for various regions in West Java. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method.
