      Abstract
      Peranan penjadwalan karyawan sangatlah penting bagi suatu perusahaan, mengingat kebutuhan akan pemenuhan sumber daya yang diiringi dengan keterbatasan sumber daya yang dimiliki suatu perusahaan. Penjadwalan yang dibuat secara manual akan menyulitkan dan mungkin membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam penyelesaiannya. Salah satu metode pemrograman yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan optimasi penjadwalan karyawan suatu perusahaan adalah Fuzzy Linear Programming. Berdasarkan pemodelan ini, didapatkan hasil penjadwalan karyawan yang optimal dengan memenuhi batasan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan berupa jumlah shift kerja dan hari libur karyawan. Pemodelan ini juga mampu memenuhi keadilan bagi setiap kayawan dengan adanya jumlah shift kerja dan hari libur yang merata.
       
      The role of employee scheduling is very important for a company, considering the need to fulfill resources accompanied by the limited resources a company has. Scheduling made manually will be difficult and may take a long time to complete. One programming method that can be used to optimize employee scheduling in a company is Fuzzy Linear Programming. Based on this modeling, optimal employee scheduling results were obtained by meeting the limits set by the company in the form of the number of work shifts and employee holidays. This modeling is also able to provide justice for each employee by having an even number of work shifts and holidays.
