dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini membahas analisis sentimen dan jaringan sosial (Social Network Analysis, SNA) terkait interaksi masyarakat di platform X. Model Naïve Bayes sedikit lebih unggul dibandingkan Random Forest dengan akurasi mencapai 74% untuk Naïve Bayes, dibandingkan 72% untuk Random Forest pada data uji. Namun demikian, kedua model masih kurang efektif dalam menangani sentimen netral meskipun telah dilakukan penyeimbangan data menggunakan teknik SMOTE. SNA digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi akun-akun berpengaruh dan pola interaksi terkait topik kajian, dengan akun Erick Thohir dan PSSI menjadi yang paling berpengaruh dan memiliki hubungan erat dalam jaringan interaksi di antara post-post terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya analisis sentimen dan SNA dalam memahami opini publik dan dinamika sosial di platform media sosial.
dc.description.abstractThis study discusses sentiment analysis and Social Network Analysis (SNA) related to public interactions on platform X. The Naïve Bayes model performed slightly better than the Random Forest model, achieving an accuracy of 74% compared to 72% for Random Forest in testing. However, both models were still less effective in handling neutral sentiments, despite using the SMOTE technique for data balancing. SNA was utilized to identify influential accounts and interaction patterns related to the study topic, with the accounts of Erick Thohir and PSSI being the most influential and closely connected within the interaction network of related posts. The results of this study highlight the importance of sentiment analysis and SNA in understanding public opinion and social dynamics on social media platforms.
