Perancangan Model Bisnis Greenergy: Platform e-Training Green Skills untuk Karyawan di Jabodetabek

Jumlah talenta yang menguasai green skills tumbuh sebesar 12,3% sedangkan jumlah lowongan kerja yang membutuhkan keterampilan green skills tumbuh dengan rata-rata sebesar 22,4%. Celah ini mendorong pembentukan lembaga kursus pelatihan green skills. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan karyawan dalam menguasai green skills, menyusun model bisnis pelatihan green skills, dan membuat prototype aplikasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan design thinking dengan tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasilnya adalah masalah yang teridentifikasi berupa program pelatihan yang tidak relevan dengan pekerjaan karyawan dan materi cenderung berisi ilmu teoritis tanpa praktik. Solusi masalah ini berupa perancangan model bisnis pelatihan green skills dan menciptakan aplikasi Greenergy untuk karyawan di Jabodetabek. Hasil uji usability prototype menunjukkan Greenergy mendapatkan nilai 77,67% yang berarti layak menjadi solusi dari permasalahan pengembangan keterampilan green skills para karyawan. The number of talents who mastering green skills grew by 12.3% while the number of job vacancies requiring green skills grew by an average of 22.4%. This gap has encouraged the establishment of green skills training course institutions. The aim of this research is to identify employee problems in mastering green skills, develop a green skills training business model, and create an application prototype. This research method uses a design thinking approach with the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The result is that problems identified include training programs that are not relevant to employee work and the material tends to contain theoretical knowledge without practice. The solution to this problem is in the form of designing a business model related to green skills training and creating the Greenergy application for employees in Jabodetabek. The prototype usability test results show that Greenergy got a score of 77.67%, which means it is worthy of being a solution to the problem of developing employees' green skills.
