      Hubungan Pengetahuan Gizi, Konsumsi Fast Food, dan Aktivitas Fisik dengan Status Gizi Mahasiswa IPB

      Abstract
      Status gizi pada mahasiswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain aktivitas fisik, pengetahuan gizi dan konsumsi fast food. Kebiasaan makan salah satunya dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan gizi, konsumsi fast food, dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi mahasiswa IPB. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study dengan jumlah 52 mahasiswa IPB usia 19-23 tahun yang dipilih secara metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner, wawancara, dan pengukuran antropometri secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 63,5% subjek memiliki status gizi normal, 75,0% subjek memiliki tingkat aktivitas fisik kategori ringan dan 63,5% subjek memiliki pengetahuan gizi kategori baik. Jenis fast food yang paling banyak dikonsumsi adalah ayam goreng tepung dan mie instan. Hasil analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan dan negatif antara pengetahuan gizi dengan konsumsi fast food (p<0,05). Hasil analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan dan positif antara pengetahuan gizi dengan status gizi (p<0,05). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi, dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsumsi fast food dengan status gizi (p>0,05).
       
      Nutritional status in students can be influenced by several factors including physical activity, nutritional knowledge and fast food consumption. Eating habits can be influenced by nutritional knowledge. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between nutritional knowledge, fast food consumption, and physical activity with the nutritional status of IPB students. The design of this research is a cross sectional study with 52 IPB students age range 19-23 years old selected by purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire filling, interviews, and direct anthropometric measurements. The results showed that 63.5% of subjects had normal nutritional status, 75.0% of subjects had a light level of physical activity and 63.5% of subjects had good nutritional knowledge. The type of fast food with the highest consumption are fried chicken and instant noodles. The results of Spearman's correlation analysis showed that there was a significant and negative correlation between nutritional knowledge and fast food consumption (p<0.05). The results of Spearman's correlation analysis showed that there was a significant and positive correlation between nutritional knowledge and nutritional status (p<0.05). There was no significant correlation between physical activity and nutritional status, and there was no significant correlation between fast food consumption and nutritional status (p>0.05).
