      Hubungan Status Gizi, Kebiasaan Olahraga, dan Kebugaran Fisik dengan Konsentrasi Anak Usia Sekolah

      Abstract
      Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan status gizi, kebiasaan olahraga dan kebugaran fisik dengan konsentrasi dan faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi konsentrasi anak usia sekolah. Status gizi diperoleh melalui pengukuran antropometri, kebiasaan olahraga diperoleh melalui kuesioner, tes kebugaran dari IPB-KUHS research, dan konsentrasi diperoleh menggunakan instrumen Grid Concentration Test. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional study yang melibatkan 98 subjek. Mayoritas subjek memiliki status gizi baik (62,2%), kebiasaan sarapan setiap hari (67,3%), kebiasaan olahraga baik (56,1%), kebugaran fisik sangat rendah (75,5%), dan konsentrasi kurang (53,1%). Kebugaran fisik yang rendah dipengaruhi oleh faktor screentime yang berlebih (95,9%) dan durasi tidur subjek yang kurang (85,7%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara status gizi, kebiasaan olahraga, dan kebugaran fisik dengan konsentrasi anak usia sekolah (p>0,05). Faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi konsentrasi merupakan salah satu tes kebugaran yaitu repeated side jump (OR sedang: 1,8; 95% CI: 0,5-6,9; OR kurang: 4,5; 95% CI: 11,2-17,1).
       
      The study aim to analyze the correlation between nutritional status, exercise habits and physical fitness with concentration and risk factors that affect the concentration of school-age children. Nutritional status was obtained through anthropometric measurements, exercise habits was obtained through questionnaires, physical fitness tests from IPB-KUHS research, and learning concentration was obtained using the Grid Concentration Test instrument. This study used a cross-sectional study design and involved 98 subjects. The majority of subjects had good nutritional status (62.2%), daily breakfast habits (67.3%), good exercise habits (56.1%), very low physical fitness (75.5%), and poor concentration (53.1%). Low physical fitness was influenced by excessive screen time (95.9%) and the subject's insufficient sleep duration (85.7%). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant correlation between nutritional status, exercise habits, and physical fitness with the concentration of school-age children (p>0.05). Risk factors that affect concentration are one of the fitness tests, namely repeated side jumps (moderate OR: 1.8; 95% CI: 0.5-6.9; low OR: 4.5; 95% CI: 11.2-17.1).
