      Pemetaan Habitat Bentik Berbasis Objek Menggunakan Drone di Pulau Kelapa Dua

      Abstract
      Habitat bentik merupakan kawasan tempat hidup organisme perairan yang hidup pada substrat dasar suatu perairan yang meliputi dari rumput laut, lamun, alga, karang hidup, karang mati dengan jenis substrat seperti pecahan karang, pasir, lumpur. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan luasan habitat bentik berbasis objek menggunakan Drone di Pulau Kelapa Dua, Kepulauan Seribu, Daerah Khusus Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode algoritma SVM. Penerbangan drone menghasilkan 507 frame dengan resolusi 3,6 cm/px. Proses koreksi geometrik menggunakan GCP sebanyak 19 titik yang tersebar di setiap sisi wilayah penelitian yang diperoleh nilai RMS error sebesar 0,0002. Hasil klasifikasi habitat bentik di Pulau Kelapa Dua didapatkan kelas tertinggi yaitu kelas pasir sebesar 21,32 ha dan kelas terendah yaitu DCA sebesar 3,70 ha dengan luas total habitat bentik sebesar 68,51 ha. Hasil uji akurasi di Pulau Kelapa Dua diperoleh nilai OA sebesar 82% yang termasuk nilai ideal dan koefisien kappa diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,78 yang termasuk kategori sangat baik.
       
      Benthic Habitat is an area where aquatic organisms live on the basic substrate of a body of water that includes seaweed, seagrass, algae, live coral, dead coral with substrate types such as coral fragments, sand, mud. This study aims to map the extent of object-based benthic habitat using drones in Pulau Kelapa Dua, Kepulauan Seribu, Special Area of Jakarta using SVM algorithm method. The drone flight produced 507 frames with a resolution of 3,6 cm/px. Geometric correction process using GCP as many as 19 points spread on each side of the study area obtained RMS error value of 0,0002. The results of the classification of benthic habitat on the island of Kelapa Dua obtained the highest class of sand class of 21,32 ha and the lowest class of DCA of 3,70 ha with a total area of benthic habitat of 68,51 ha. Accuracy test results in Kelapa Dua island obtained OA value of 82% which includes the ideal value and kappa coefficient obtained a value of 0,78 which belongs to the category of very good.
