dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini menganalisis pengelolaan sampah domestik sebagai penyumbang utama sampah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada peran bank sampah sebagai solusi efektif. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara faktor lingkungan, faktor kognitif, dan perilaku nasabah dalam pengelolaan sampah di bank sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara: (1) faktor kognitif dan lingkungan nasabah, (2) faktor lingkungan dan perilaku nasabah, serta (3) faktor kognitif dan perilaku nasabah dalam pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung data kualitatif melalui survei dan wawancara, melibatkan 72 responden dari total 258 populasi anggota Bank Sampah Asri Mandiri. Analisis menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa nasabah dengan kognisi tinggi lebih mandiri dalam memilah sampah, sedangkan nasabah dengan kognisi rendah lebih bergantung pada lingkungan. Keterampilan dan praktik pengelolaan sampah nasabah cenderung kurang optimal akibat minimnya sosialisasi dan pelatihan rutin yang diselenggarakan oleh bank sampah
dc.description.abstractThis study analyzes domestic waste management as the main contributor to waste in Indonesia, focusing on the role of waste banks as an effective solution. This study examines the relationship between environmental factors, cognitive factors, and customer behavior in waste management at waste banks. This study aims to analyze the relationship between: (1) cognitive and environmental factors of customers, (2) environmental factors and customer behavior, and (3) cognitive and behavioral factors of customers in waste management. The study used a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data through surveys and interviews, involving 72 respondents from a total of 258 members of Bank Sampah Asri Mandiri. The analysis used the Spearman Rank correlation test with SPSS version 26. The results of this study found that customers with high cognition were more independent in sorting waste, while customers with low cognition were more dependent on the environment. Customer waste management skills and practices tend to be less than optimal due to the lack of socialization and routine training organized by the waste bank.
