      Pengaruh Kemandirian dan Pengetahuan Aplikasi Cash Reader terhadap Kerentanan Konsumen Tunanetra dalam Bertransaksi Retail

      Abstract
      Keterbatasan penglihatan pada penyandang tunanetra dapat memengaruhi kerentanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dan hubungan karakteristik responden, kemandirian dan pengetahuan aplikasi Cash Reader terhadap kerentanan konsumen tunanetra dalam bertransaksi di toko retail. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini melibatkan 44 penyandang tunanetra setengah berat (partially sighted) dan berat (totally blind), bertransaksi di toko retail secara mandiri, dan menggunakan aplikasi Cash Reader. Riset menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan berhubungan positif signifikan dengan pengetahuan. Akses informasi berhubungan negatif signifikan terhadap jenis kelamin. Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara praktik pelaku usaha serta risiko kerugian dengan usia, pendidikan, dan status pekerjaan serta status pekerjaan dengan dimensi risiko kerugian dan kerentanan. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kerentanan konsumen.
       
      Visual impairment in blind people can affect vulnerability. This study aims to analyze the influence and relationship of respondent characteristics, independence and knowledge of the Cash Reader application on the vulnerability of blind consumers in making transactions at retail stores. This study is a quantitative study using purposive sampling using a questionnaire. This study involved 44 partially sighted and totally blind people, making transactions at retail stores independently, and using the Cash Reader application. Research shows that education is significantly positive related to knowledge. Access to information is significantly negative related to gender. There is a significant positive relationship between business practices and risk of loss with age, education, and employment status and employment status with dimensions of risk of loss and vulnerability. The results of the regression test show that independence has a significant positive effect on consumer vulnerability.
