      Pengoptimuman Penjadwalan Ujian dan Penugasan Pengawas Menggunakan Integer Linear Programming

      Abstract
      Penjadwalan ujian merupakan aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam lembaga pendidikan. Namun, seringkali pelaksanaan penjadwalan ujian tidak optimal karena masih mengandalkan pengalokasian jadwal secara manual dan menghadapi sejumlah kendala. Beberapa kendala yang perlu dipertimbangkan termasuk ketersediaan pengawas, konflik jadwal, kebutuhan ruangan, dan kendala lainnya. Selain itu, penugasan pengawas dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap sesi ujian memiliki jumlah pengawas yang cukup sesuai dengan jumlah ruangan yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menghadirkan model alokasi penjadwalan ujian serta penugasan pengawas yang menggunakan data mata kuliah dari Departemen Matematika FMIPA IPB University. Metode integer linear programming digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan proses penjadwalan ujian dan penugasan pengawas. Hasil optimasi menunjukkan penjadwalan ujian yang terstruktur dan lebih efisien, mampu mengatasi kendala yang ada, serta mengubah sistem penjadwalan ujian menjadi lebih optimal.
       
      Exam scheduling is an important aspect that needs attention in an educational institution. However, often, exam scheduling is not optimal due to reliance on manual scheduling and facing various constraints. Some constraints to consider include invigilator availability, scheduling conflicts, room requirements, and other constraints. Additionally, invigilator assignments are arranged to guarantee that every exam session has enough invigilators according to the number of rooms utilized. Therefore, this research presents a model for exam scheduling and invigilator assignment using course data from the Department of Mathematics, FMIPA, IPB University. The integer linear programming method is used to optimize the exam scheduling process and invigilator assignment. The optimization results show that the exam scheduling is more structured and efficient, able to overcome existing constraints, and transforms the exam scheduling system to achieve greater optimization.
