      Abstract
      PT Kelir Berdikari Agrikultura saat ini menghadapi kendala dalam upaya pertumbuhan bisnis lebih lanjut. Salah satu kendalanya adalah ketidakmampuan perusahaan untuk memenuhi permintaan pasokan dari distributor dalam jumlah besar secara konsisten. Kendala ini juga mengakibatkan kepada pertumbuhan pendapatan perusahaan yang masih cenderung rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal serta merumuskan alternatif strategi yang dapat di implementasikan. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi, dengan tiga teknik utama yaitu wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis Data menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan matriks IFE-EFE, matriks IE, SWOT, serta QSPM. Hasil penelitian memperoleh tujuh strategi alternatif, penangangan proses penyimpanan dan pengiriman alpukat, evaluasi kegiatan pasokan alpukat, berkomitmen menjalin kerja sama dengan program CSR perusahaan lain dalam pengembangan komoditi unggulan, diversifikasi sumber pasokan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada gapoktan, menjadi pemasok utama di berbagai supermarket Kabupaten dan Kota Semarang, peningkatan kualitas melalui teknologi pasca panen, mengupayakan standar Internasional.

This obstacle also results in the company's revenue growth which still tends to be low. This study aims to identify internal and external factors and formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented. The data processing technique uses triangulation techniques, with three main techniques, namely in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative methods using the IFE-EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT, and QSPM. The results of the study obtained seven alternative strategies, handling the avocado storage and shipping process, evaluating avocado supply activities, committing to collaborating with other companies' CSR programs in developing superior commodities, diversifying supply sources to reduce dependence on farmer groups, becoming the main supplier in various supermarkets in Semarang Regency and City, improving quality through post-harvest technology, striving for international standards.
