dc.description.abstractJeruk merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang digemari masyarakat dengan berbagai kandungan manfaat. Produksi jeruk Lemon dan Kasturi masih perlu ditingkatkan. Perbanyakan bibit tanaman jeruk dapat dilakukan dengan setek pucuk menggunakan zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui respon pertumbuhan akar dan tunas jeruk Lemon dan Kasturi dengan penambahan ZPT auksin IBA dan NAA melalui metode perbanyakan setek pucuk. Penelitian dilakukan di Mekar Hurip Nursery, Desa Sukamantri, Kecamatan Tamansari, Kabupaten Bogor pada bulan April hingga Agustus 2024. Rancangan percobaan penelitian menggunakan RKLT faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah jenis jeruk dengan dua taraf (Lemon dan Kasturi), sedangkan faktor kedua adalah kombinasi IBA dan NAA dengan enam taraf (kontrol, IBA 200 ppm + NAA 0 ppm, IBA 0 ppm + NAA 200 ppm, IBA 100 ppm + NAA 100 ppm, IBA 150 ppm + NAA 150 ppm, dan IBA 200 ppm + NAA 200 ppm). Terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan dengan empat ulangan dan setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari tiga tanaman. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-F, perlakuan berbeda nyata diuji lanjut DMRT taraf a 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis jeruk berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase hidup, persentase berakar, persentase bertunas, jumlah akar, panjang akar, jumlah tunas, panjang tunas, dan jumlah daun pada setek. Setek jeruk Lemon memiliki pertumbuhan yang berbeda nyata lebih baik dibandingkan setek jeruk Kasturi. Aplikasi kombinasi ZPT auksin IBA dan NAA tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan setek.
dc.description.abstractCitrus is a horticultural commodity favored by the public with various beneficial contents. The production of Lemon and Kasturi citrus still needs to be improved. Propagation of citrus seedlings can be done using shoot cuttings with the addition of plant growth regulators (PGR). This study aims to determine the response of root and shoot growth of Lemon and Kasturi citrus with the addition of the auxin IBA and NAA through the shoot cutting propagation method. The research was conducted at Mekar Hurip Nursery, Sukamantri Village, Tamansari, Bogor from April to August 2024. The experimental design used a factorial RCBD with two factors. The first factor is citrus type with two levels (Lemon and Kasturi), while the second factor is the combination of IBA and NAA with six levels (control, IBA 200 ppm + NAA 0 ppm, IBA 0 ppm + NAA 200 ppm, IBA 100 ppm + NAA 100 ppm, IBA 150 ppm + NAA 150 ppm, and IBA 200 ppm + NAA 200 ppm). There were 12 treatment combinations with four replications, and each experimental unit consisted of three plants. The data were analyzed using an F-test, and significantly different treatments were further tested using DMRT at a 5% significance level. The results showed that the citrus type had a significant effect on the survival rate, rooting percentage, shoot formation percentage, number of roots, root length, number of shoots, shoot length, and the cuttings number of leaves. Lemon cuttings exhibited significantly different growth compared to Kasturi cuttings. The application of combination IBA and NAA had no significant effect on cutting growth.
