      Abstract
      Kesehatan dan kebersihan produk makanan, terutama produk hewan, semakin menjadi perhatian utama masyarakat. Banyak produsen bahan makanan, khususnya produk hewan, berlomba-lomba untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi dan menjalani uji kelayakan. Salah satu lembaga yang melakukan pengujian produk hewan adalah Balai Pengujian Mutu dan Sertifikasi Produk Hewan (BPMSPH). Namun, terdapat potensi kesalahan dalam proses pencatatan manual yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil pengujian, terutama saat produk daging sedang dalam perjalanan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alat yang dapat memonitor suhu secara akurat dan real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat monitoring suhu portabel berbasis IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor suhu DS18B20, DHT22, dan modul GPS NEO-6MV. Alat ini dirancang untuk memantau suhu, merekam data, serta mengirimkan informasi suhu secara langsung ke platform cloud, sehingga memudahkan akses dan verifikasi data bagi pengguna.
       
      The health and hygiene of food products, particularly animal-based products, have become a major concern in society today. Many food producers, especially those of animal products, are striving to obtain certifications and undergo feasibility testing. One such institution conducting animal product testing is the Animal Product Testing and Certification Center (BPMSPH). However, there are potential issues with manual data recording, which can affect the results of tests, especially when the products are in transit. Therefore, an accurate and real-time temperature monitoring system is essential. This research aims to develop a portable temperature monitoring device based on IoT using the ESP32 microcontroller integrated with DS18B20, DHT22 temperature sensors, and the GPS NEO-6MV module. This device is designed to monitor temperature, record data, and transmit real-time temperature information to a cloud platform for easy access and data verification by users.
