      Abstract
Perlakuan A2 memiliki nilai tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi sebesar 90±0,012%.

Transporting catfish seeds (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) using a closed wet system is necessary due to long distances and high density, conditions that cause stress in fish leading to mortality. To maintain fish survival during transportation, natural anesthetics such as Ageratum conyzoides leaf extract and salt are used. This study aims to analyze the addition of Ageratum conyzoides leaf extract in a closed transportation system with 6 ppt salt for Pangasianodon hypophthalmus seeds over 30 hours. The research employed a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The subjects were catfish seeds with an average length of 1.9±0.06 cm and an average weight of 0.11±0.01 g. The treatments included a negative control (K-) without Ageratum conyzoides extract and salt, a positive control (K+) with 6 ppt salt without Ageratum conyzoides extract, the addition of 1 g L?¹ Ageratum conyzoides extract with 6 ppt salt (coded A1), and the addition of 2 g L?¹ Ageratum conyzoides extract with 6 ppt salt (coded A2). The parameters measured in this study included survival rate, daily growth rate, specific growth rate, water quality parameters (physical and chemical), fish stress response parameters (blood glucose levels), and loss analysis. ANOVA statistical tests indicated that the transportation water media and survival rate in treatment A2 were significantly different (P<0.05) compared to treatments K(-) and K(+). Treatment A2 exhibited the highest survival rate at 90±0.012%.
