      Abstract
Sustainable development is the key to changing the order of life and empowering society, which can be seen through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Innovations, including the introduction of the SiBadra application in Bogor City. SiBadra, an information system for sharing complaints and suggestions, is designed to facilitate communication between the community and the government. Although this application aims to support the SDGs by providing an online complaint platform, there are still significant challenges, such as low public awareness and participation, as well as a lack of impact evaluation. This research examines the adoption of SiBadra service innovations with a focus on the differences in characteristics between the digital natives and digital immigrants generations as well as the role of communication media in the spread of innovation. The methodology used includes analysis of the influence of generational characteristics, innovation characteristics, and communication media on the adoption of SiBadra in Bogor City. The research results show that innovation characteristics, such as compatibility and complexity, as well as communication media, especially electronic media, have a significant influence on the adoption of SiBadra services. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of how media and innovation characteristics influence the acceptance of new technologies across various generational groups, as well as providing recommendations for improving communication effectiveness and innovation adoption in the digital era.
