| dc.description.abstract | PT Telkom membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki digital competencies yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan digital learning & working culture. Digital competencies menjadi keterampilan yang sangat penting dalam mendukung transformasi perusahaan menjadi digital telco. Implementasi learning organization memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk digital talent dengan menciptakan budaya pembelajaran berkelanjutan di seluruh tingkatan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi langkah strategis yang telah dilakukan oleh perusahaan, mengidentifikasi tingkat kematangan perusahaan dalam menerapkan learning organization, menganalisis implementasi learning organization, dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Telkom telah mengimplementasikan lima karakteristik learning organization dan mencapai tingkat inovatif berdasarkan model kematangan Brandon Hall Group. Berdasarkan analisis implementasi learning organization menggunakan DLOQ, tingkat pembelajaran tim mendapatkan skor terendah. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, telah disusun tiga rekomendasi strategi pengembangan digital talent pada level tim. | |
| dc.description.abstract | PT Telkom needs human resources who have digital competencies that meet the needs of digital learning & working culture. Digital competencies are very important skills in supporting the company's transformation into a digital telco. Learning organization implementation has an important role in shaping digital talent by creating a culture of continuous learning at all levels of the company. The purpose of this research is to identify strategic steps that have been taken by the company, identify the company's maturity level in implementing a learning organization, analyze the implementation of a learning organization, and formulate a development strategy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that PT Telkom has implemented five characteristics of a learning organization and reached an innovative level based on the Brandon Hall Group maturity model. Based on the analysis of learning organization implementation using DLOQ, the team learning level gets the lowest score. Based on this analysis, three recommendations for digital talent development strategies at the team level have been prepared. | |
