      Gaya Kepemimpinan Lokal dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Keberhasilan Relokasi: Kasus Pedagang Kaki Lima di Pasar Anyar, Kota Bogor

      Abstract
      Kehadiran Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) merupakan dilema bagi pemerintah. Meskipun menyediakan pekerjaan, kehadirannya juga menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan, terutama di ruang publik. Untuk mengatasinya, pemerintah sering menjadikan PKL sebagai sasaran relokasi. Keberhasilan relokasi memerlukan pemimpin, dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang mampu mendorong relokasi. Di Bogor, relokasi PKL di Jalan Nyi Raja Permas berhasil, sementara di Jalan Moh. A. Salmun gagal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan lokal berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan program relokasi di dua lokasi tersebut, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dilengkapi dengan kualitatif. Penelitian ini mendapatkan di Jalan Nyi Raja Permas, gaya kepemimpinan yang melekat adalah demokratis mengalami keberhasilan, sedangkan di Jalan Moh. A. Salmun adalah laissez faire mengalami kegagalan. Analisis regresi logistik, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan disposisi/perilaku berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keberhasilan relokasi.
       
      Street vendors (PKL) are a dilemma for the government. Although they provide jobs, their presence also causes discomfort, especially in public spaces. To overcome this, the government often makes street vendors the relocation target. The success of relocation requires a leader, with a leadership style that is able to encourage of relocation. In Bogor, the relocation of street vendors at Jalan Nyi Raja Permas was successful, while at Jalan Moh. A. Salmun it failed. This study aims to determine how street vendors’ group leadership styles influence the success of the relocation program in the two locations, using a quantitative approach. complemented by a qualitative one. This study found that at Jalan Nyi Raja Permas, the inherent leadership style is democratic and successful, while at Jalan Moh. A. Salmun is laissezfaire and failed. Logistic regression analysis shows that leadership style and disposition/behaviour have a significant effect on the success of a relocation.
