      Pengaruh Kemandirian dan Pengetahuan Produk terhadap Kerentanan Konsumen Akseptor Keluarga Berencana Mandiri

      Abstract
      Keluarga Berencana (KB) bertujuan meningkatkan kepedulian dan peran masyarakat melalui pendewasaan usia perkawinan, pengaturan kelahiran, pembinaan ketahanan keluarga, dan kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemandirian dan pengetahuan produk terhadap kerentanan konsumen dalam mengakses layanan keluarga berencana mandiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan studi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain explanatory dengan melibatkan 108 responden yang dipilih secara voluntary sampling yang berada di Jakarta Pusat. Analisis data dan uji pengaruh menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kemandirian dengan kerentanan konsumen, namun pengetahuan produk memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh negatif signifikan dengan kerentanan konsumen. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi pengetahuan produk seseorang, akan semakin rendah tingkat ia akan mengalami kerentanan konsumen. Konsumen diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terkait KB agar dapat lebih bijak dalam membuat keputusan pembelian sehingga terhindar dari kerentanan konsumen.
       
      Family Planning aims to increase community awareness and role through maturing marriage age, birth control, fostering family resilience, and family welfare. This study aims to analyze the influence of independence and product knowledge on consumer vulnerability in accessing independent family planning services. This research was conducted through a quantitative study approach using an explanatory design involving 108 respondents selected by voluntary sampling located in Central Jakarta. Data analysis and influence test using SPSS 26.0 application. The results showed that there is no influence between independence and consumer vulnerability, but product knowledge has a significant negative relationship and influence with consumer vulnerability. This means that the higher a person's product knowledge, the lower the level of consumer vulnerability. Consumers are expected to increase their understanding of family planning so that they can be wiser in making purchasing decisions so as to avoid consumer vulnerability.
