      Abstract
      Validitas data sumber daya ikan diperlukan dalam menjalankan kebijakan Penangkapan Ikan Terukur untuk pengalokasian kuota penangkapan ikan. KKP berupaya menyempurnakan proses pencatatan hasil tangkapan menggunakan timbangan elektronik dan aplikasi e-PIT yang diuji coba pada tahun 2023 di beberapa pelabuhan perikanan, termasuk PPN Kejawanan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pendataan hasil tangkapan di PPN Kejawanan dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaannya sesuai standar KKP serta memberikan saran tindak sesuai hasil evaluasi. Penelitian berupa pengamatan secara langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak yang terlibat selama proses pendataan hasil tangkapan kemudian setiap tahapan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Proses pendataan dimulai dari pengisian logbook oleh nakhoda di atas kapal melalui aplikasi e-PIT dan diakhiri oleh pencantuman data hasil tangkapan di laman Pusat Informasi Pelabuhan Perikanan (PIPP). Penggunaan aplikasi e-PIT oleh nakhoda di atas kapal dan enumerator di dermaga pelabuhan masih terkendala serta akurasi penimbangan menurun akibat penggunaan alat bantu timbangan elektronik tidak terstandarisasi
       
      The validity of fish stocks data is required in implementing a measured fishing policy for the allocation of catch quotas. The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries is working to improve the fish catch data collecting process using electronic scales and e-PIT applications tested in 2023 in several fishing ports, including Kejawanan Fishing Port. The research is aimed at describing the fish catch data collecting process and evaluating its implementation following the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries standards as well as providing advice according to the evaluation results. The research consists of direct observations and interviews with the parties involved during the process and then each stage is descriptively analyzed. The fish catch data collecting process begins with the logbook filling by the vessel captain via the e-PIT application and ends with inputting fish catch data on the Fishing Port Information Center site. The vessel captain and the enumerator at the port are faced with difficulties in accessing and operating the e-PIT application as well as reduced weighing accuracy due to the use of unstandardized electronic weighting equipment.
