      Pengaruh Gaya Pengasuhan Orang Tua dan Regulasi Emosi terhadap Agresivitas Remaja di Wilayah Perkotaan

      Abstract
      Berdasarkan teori pembelajaran sosial yang dikemukakan oleh Bandura, perilaku individu merupakan hasil pembelajaran dari lingkungan melalui observasi dan modelling, begitu pula dengan agresivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya pengasuhan orang tua dan regulasi emosi terhadap agresivitas remaja di wilayah perkotaan. Penelitian berlokasi di tiga SMA di wilayah Jakarta Pusat yang ditentukan secara purposive. Penelitian melibatkan 377 siswa yang berasal dari sekolah yang mewakili kecamatan dengan kepadatan penduduk tertinggi di pusat kota Jakarta. Hasil uji hubungan menemukan bahwa dimensi kehangatan berhubungan positif dengan regulasi emosi. Gaya pengasuhan secara komposit juga berhubungan negatif signifikan baik dengan seluruh dimensi maupun agresivitas secara komposit. Hasil uji hubungan juga menemukan dimensi permusuhan agresivitas berhubungan negatif dengan semua dimensi regulasi emosi. Hasil uji pengaruh menemukan bahwa gaya pengasuhan orang tua berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap agresivitas. Namun, tidak ditemukan pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap agresivitas baik secara langsung maupun sebagai mediator.
       
      Based on social learning theory proposed by Bandura, individual behavior is the result of learning from the environment through observation and modeling, as well as aggressiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of parenting style and emotion regulation on adolescent aggressiveness in urban areas. The study was located in three high schools in the central Jakarta area which were determined purposively. The study involved 377 students who came from schools representing the sub-districts with the highest population density in downtown Jakarta. The results of the relationship test found that the warmth dimension was positively related to emotion regulation. The composite parenting style was also significantly negatively related to both all dimensions and composite aggressiveness. The results of the relationship test also found that the hostility dimension of aggressiveness was negatively related to all dimensions of emotion regulation. The effect test results found that parenting style had a significant negative effect on aggressiveness. However, no effect of emotion regulation on aggressiveness was found either directly or as a mediator.
