      Abstract
      Perkembangan digital yang pesat menuntut UMKM untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat guna mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program webinar yang diadakan oleh Bank XYZ dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, pengisian kuesioner, wawancara, dan in-depth interview. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 36 peserta webinar yang menghadiri webinar binaan untuk UMKM sampai akhir. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk mengukur persepsi peserta terhadap program webinar berdasarkan aspek context, input, process, dan product. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta memberikan penilaian sangat baik terhadap penguasaan materi oleh narasumber, sistematika dan cara penyajian, serta kualitas bahan pembelajaran. Penggunaan bahasa oleh narasumber juga dinilai sangat baik, demikian pula kesesuaian materi webinar dengan kebutuhan peserta. Berdasarkan umpan balik peserta, aspek positif dari pelaksanaan webinar adalah kualitas materi yang sangat relevan dan berbobot, kompetensi narasumber yang mampu menyampaikan materi dengan jelas dan menarik, serta konsistensi penyelenggaraan webinar yang diharapkan dapat terus dilaksanakan secara rutin.
       
      The rapid development of digital technology demands that SMEs quickly adapt to maintain their business continuity. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the webinars organized by Bank XYZ in enhancing the knowledge and skills of SME practitioners. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative methods, with data collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and in-depth interviews. The respondents consist of 36 webinar participants who attended the SME training webinar. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive methods to measure participants perceptions of the webinar program based on the aspects of context, input, process, and product. The results indicate that participants rated the speaker mastery of the material, the systematic presentation, and the quality of the learning materials very highly. The use of language by the speakers was also rated very highly, as was the relevance of the webinar content to the participants needs. Based on participant feedback, some positive aspects of the webinar implementation include the highly relevant and substantial quality of the materials, the competence of the speakers in delivering clear and engaging content, and the consistency of the webinars, which participants hope will continue to be held regularly.
