Pembuatan Produk Olahan Puding Susu Kambing di CV Wayang Dairy Farm Kabupaten Bandung Barat
Abstract
Peternakan kambing susu berfokus pada pemeliharaan kambing dengan tujuan utama menghasilkan susu. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu menganalisis kelayakan dan perencanaan bisnis produk puding susu kambing pada CV Wayang Dairy Farm. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah metode analisis finansial dan analisis non finansial. Analisis non finansial pada bisnis puding susu kambing dilakukan melalui aspek pemasaran, aspek produksi, aspek organisasi dan manajemen, aspek sumber daya manusia, serta aspek kolaborasi. Analisis finansial bisa dilihat melalui beberapa kriteria yaitu NPV, IRR, Net B/C, Gross B/C, serta PP. Kelima kriteria investasi yang dihitung berdasarkan perhitungan cash flow dikatakan layak karena sudah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan yaitu dengan NPV sebesar Rp77.428.574, IRR sebesar 50,04%, Net B/C sebesar 3,42, Gross B/C
sebesar 1,20, dan Payback period sebesar 2 tahun 8 bulan. Analisis switching value diperoleh penurunan jumlah produksi puding susu kambing sebesar 17,21% serta kenaikan harga susu kambing didapatkan 120,45%. Dairy goat farming focuses on raising goats with the main purpose of producing milk. The purpose of the study was to analyze the feasibility and business planning of goat milk pudding products at CV Wayang Dairy Farm. The analysis method used is the method of financial analysis and non financial analysis. Nonfinancial analysis of the goat milk pudding business is carried out through
marketing aspects, production aspects, organizational and management aspects, human resource aspects, and collaboration aspects. Financial analysis can be seen through several criteria, namely NPV, IRR, Net B/C, Gross B/C, and PP. The five investment criteria calculated based on cash flow calculations are said to be feasible because they have met the feasibility criteria, namely NPV of Rp77,428,574, IRR of 50.04%, Net B/C of 3.42, Gross B/C of 1.20, and Payback period of 2 years and
8 months. The switching value analysis obtained a decrease in the amount of goat milk pudding production by 17.21% and an increase in the price of goat milk obtained by 120.45%.
