      Abstract
      PT Cahaya Malika Farm sebagai distributor pakan ayam, menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan penyerapan kuota pakan ayam yang belum mencapai target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan website sebagai media pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan pakan ayam di PT Cahaya Malika Farm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan website memberikan beberapa keuntungan, seperti aksesibilitas 24 jam, peningkatan kredibilitas perusahaan, pengurangan biaya operasional, dan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas. Dengan adanya website, PT Cahaya Malika Farm dapat menyajikan informasi produk secara lengkap dan terstruktur, menampilkan testimoni pelanggan, dan memfasilitasi komunikasi yang lebih efektif dengan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan penjualan pakan ayam dan pengurangan selisih kuota yang belum terserap, yang menandakan bahwa websiteefektif sebagai media pemasaran di PT Cahaya Malika Farm.
       
      PT Cahaya Malika Farm as a chicken feed distributor, faces challenges in increasing the absorption of chicken feed quotas that have not reached the target. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using a website as a marketing medium in increasing sales of chicken feed at PT Cahaya Malika Farm. The results show that using a website provides several benefits, such as 24-hour accessibility, increased company credibility, reduced operational costs, and a wider market reach. With the website, PT Cahaya Malika Farm can present complete and structured product information, display customer testimonials, and facilitate more effective communication with customers. The results showed an increase in sales of chicken feed and a reduction in the difference in unabsorbed quota, indicating that the website is effective as a marketing medium at PT Cahaya Malika Farm.
