      Abstract
      Perusahaan Guntur Sumber Mushroom merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada budidaya jamur tiram. Pemasaran jamur tiram pada Guntur Sumber Mushroom hanya terfokus pada pasar tradisional saja karena terdapat permasalahan pemutusan kontrak kerjasama dengan pasar modern sehingga menyebabkan perusahaan kehilangan pasar modern dan berakibat pada kelebihan produksi sehingga perusahaan harus menurunkan skala produksinya. Pengembangan bisnis secara digital melalui marketplace shopee dapat menambah pasar baru untuk pemasaran penambahan produksi jamur tiram. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan adalah untuk menyusun pengembangan pemasaran melalui marketplace shopee dan menganalisis kelayakan bisnis pada pemasaran melalui shopee. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif untuk analisis pada aspek non finansial dan metode kuantitatif untuk analisis pada aspek finansial. Pada aspek finansial metode yang digunakan adalah Studi Kelayakan Bisnis. Hasil analisis kelayakan bisnis pada aspek non finansial dan aspek finansial dikatakan layak dengan nilai NPV Rp987.259.161, IRR 93%, Net B/C 7,85, Gross B/C 1,89, dan Payback Period selama 2 tahun 9 bulan.
       
      Guntur Sumber Mushroom Company is a company engaged in oyster mushroom cultivation. Oyster mushroom marketing at Guntur Sumber Mushroom is only focused on traditional markets because there are problems terminating cooperation contracts with modern markets, causing the company to lose modern markets and resulting in overproduction so that the company must reduce the scale of production. Digital business development through the shopee marketplace can add new markets for marketing additional oyster mushroom production. The purpose of the research was to develop marketing development through the shopee marketplace and analyze the business feasibility of marketing through shopee. The methods used are qualitative methods for analyzing non-financial aspects and quantitative methods for analyzing financial aspects. In the financial aspect, the method used is Business Feasibility Study. The results of the business feasibility analysis on non-financial aspects and financial aspects are said to be feasible with an NPV value of Rp987.259.161, IRR 93%, Net B/C 7.85, Gross B/C 1,89, and Payback Period for 2 years and 9 months.
